| Owning
a Pet is a Responsibility.
To
Abuse this Responsibility is a SERIOUS CRIME.
Every
day, animals who live in Clinch County fall victim to senseless acts of
abuse. With the help of our community, we can dramatically decrease the
number of stray animals and prevent a high percentage of animal abuse
and neglect.
If
you are witness to any acts of animal cruelty please contact our local
